Jain shravak Shri Udeshi saw the beautiful idol of Shri Parshwanath Bhagwan lying in possession of a villager. He purchased it repaying money as per his demand. He kept it in his treasury and found it full of wealth next day. He discussed the matter with pujya Yativarya, who suggested establishing the idol in a temple. Pratishtha of the temple took place on Ashtami of Vaishakh Shukla VS 1895 by establishing idol of Shri Parshwanath Bhagwan. On this occasion, Swami Vatsalya was organised and Ghee kept in a pot for using in this purpose came out to be enough and the quantity remains the same. Seeing this miracle, the moolnayak idol was called as Ghritakallol Parshwanath Bhagwan. Still number of miracles takes place here. |
