The beauty of this place lies in the making styles of the temples. The different styles attracts the visiting pilgrims towards itself. An huge & hollow stone forming the shape of a coconut, is another point of attraction, is famous as Naiyal Kind. One more stone attracts people with sounding as of metal after every beat, is called as Bajani Shila. The group of shikharband temples is very attractive. |

This place was called as Shravangiri in the olden days. It has been said in some old inscriptions that the temple was renovated in VNS 804 (VS 335). Many renovatory and reconstrucion work has taken place after that. |
