Mughal Emperor Akbar has sent invitation to Jagatguru Heervijaysurishwarji Maharaj, being present here for spending his Chaturmas, in 17th VS century, seeking his visit to Fatehpur Sikri. Looking ahead for many religious works to be done he thought to take advantage of the opportunity, Maharaj saheb discussed this matter with Sangh and after getting permission from Sangh, accepted the invitation. Poojan timing is bifurcated in two parts, from 8.30 am to 10.30 am and 12.00 noon to 5.00 pm. A carvings on the Moolnayak idol says that the establishment took place on 10th day of Margshirsh Shukla of Veer Nirvan Samvat 2133 (VS 1664) by honorary Shri Vijay Sen Suriji. |
