History of this temple is not available in detail but the temple is ancient based on a hill having 226 steps to to reach the plain area and then after covering distance of about 375 meter agin 110 steps leading to the temple. Their is a kund on the plain area, water of which is used for jalabhishek to moolnayak idol. |

56 kms towards East of Bhilwada. Road in good conditions upto Paroli and after that distance of about 6 kms has to be covered by Bullockcart or pedestal. Pilgrims can also travell via Vijaynagar on the Ajmer-Khandava rail line. Bus is available upto Shahpur and again they will have to travell by Bullockcart covering about 5 kms. A temple of Bagwan Shankar is also near the hill converting this holy place a common holy place for Hindu & Jains. Every year a festival is organised during Poshvadi 9 & 10. |
