The moolnayak Shri Padmaprabh Bhagwan, reddish (Badami) idol in Ardh-padmasan mudra of 75 cms. It is said that the priest of Koushambi has seen this holy idol in his nightmare. As per the indication given in the nightmare he found the idol lying in a well. Part of the hill was collapsed damaging the temple but the idol was un-effected. The colour of idol keeps on changing in the day time by its own. |

This holy place was known as Pabhosha in old days. It has got the opportunity of being the place for Deeksha & Kevalgyan kalyanak of Bhagwan Shri Padmaprabh. Colour of idol keeps on changing in the day time by its own. |

Digambar sect of Jainism believes that Padmaprabh Bhagwan has attained Kevalgyan while in meditation after taking Deeksha in this garden. Such a place is beyond specification. As per another myth Shri Krishna and his elder brother Balram have visited this garden after Dwarka city was burnt. The soul of Shri Krishna went to Swarga while he was taking rest under a tree in this garden when a sharp edged bow thrown by Jaratkumar indulged in his feet. The colour of moolnayak idol keeps on changing from morning to evening. Occasionally reddish rainfall takes place and reaches to its peak on the 13th day of Kartik Shukla and Chaitri Poornima. Annual function is held on every Chaitri poornima. |

As per the Digambar sect of Jainism, 6th Teerthankar Shri Padmaprabh Bhagwan attained Deeksha and Kevalgyan at this holy place. It was a garden of Kaushambi city in those days. Inscription of post BC era are found here. The idol is also make of same time and was recovered from a well as per the indications given to the priest of Kaushambi through nightmare. Once a part of the hill fell down but the idol remain un-effected. |
