Present on a hill near Shetrunji river, this teerth is said to be established by Chakravarti Shri Bharat, the son of Shri Adishwar Bhagwan. This falls in the limit of 12 kms Pradakshina range of Shri Shatrunjay Giriraj. Adinath prabhu has visited this place many times. It is said that Chakravarti Bharat attained moksha at this place and his elephant deliberately stopped here and also attained moksha and just because of this the teerth is also known as Hastagiri teerth. |

It is said that Shri Bharat Chakravarti, the elder son of Shri Adishwar Bahgwan, has attained Moksha on this hill. His elephant also deliberately halted here till his death to attain moksha, thus the teerth is called as Shri Hastagiri Teerth. |

This teerth is existing here since the period of Shri Adishwar Bhagwan and said to be the part of Shatrunjay Hills. Adinath prabhu has visited this place for many occasions. Elder son of Shri Adishwar Bhagwan Shri Bharat Chakravarti has established this teerth. Footprints are seems to be of ancient time, but no marking or indications are there about it. It falls under the 12 kms long pradakshina of Shri Shatrunjay hills. |
